Programme Details
- Grade 12 ( Matric) or equivalent.
- Current or aspiring managers with at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or gaming.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Assumed competencies: Communication at NQF Level 4. Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 4.
- Front of House: Enhance customer service, manage complaints.
- Back of House: Optimise supply chain, procurement, facilities management.
- Leadership and Emotional Intelligence: Strengthen team dynamics, communication.
- Psychometric Evaluation for team dynamics and conflict management.
