- Utilize methods for leading change project status meetings, celebrating successful change, and sharing results.
- Describe the four states of Appreciative Inquiry, its purposes, and case study applications.
- Use strategies for aligning people with change, appealing to both emotions and facts.
- Understand the importance of resiliency and flexibility in the context of change.
